Real Energy looks to cash in on Cooper basin gas
November 12, 2013 - The Australian - THE Cooper Basin is set for another listed junior as former Mosaic Energy and Queensland Gas founders set their sights on the latest energy hotspot. Real Energy, which is raising $10 million in an initial public offering and hopes to have a market value of about $40m, is targeting the Cooper's "basin-centred gas play" first. It also hopes for big things from the Toolebuc shale formation in ground it has pegged.
The basin-centred play in the Cooper has to some extent seen the excitement around shale redirected as recent drilling by Beach Energy and Santos has shown that large portions of the basin are saturated with gas through shale and tight sandstone formation. - See more at:

2013-11-15 - LNC Linc - Suspended from the Australian Stock Exchange as they head to Singapore. Interesting that Credit Suisse doubled their share holding in the company. Credit Suisse are the global brokerage firm who yesterday started an advisory panel to look into coal seam gas which includes Jock Laurie and Gloucester mayor Rosenbaum. They also issued a market advisory in April to AGL that they needed to get Gloucester started or they were facing losses.
